    Attending In-Person


    How do I register? 

    Click ‘APPLY TO ATTEND IN-PERSON' in the toolbar at the top of the page. You will then be redirected to an application form to complete. 


    How will I gain entry to the event?

    Once you have completed your registration you will receive a confirmation email containing information about the event if your application is successful. When you arrive at the venue on the day, this confirmation email will allow you entry to the event.


    Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

    You may have accidentally unsubscribed. Please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.

     
    Which browser should I use?

    Our platform supports Google Chrome (strongly recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). You may be able to use other browsers, but they are not officially supported and your experience may be adversely affected.

    How will my personal data be handled?  

    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Whilst the Covid pandemic is ongoing, we are also processing your data in accordance with the latest Government Guidance.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    How do I get to the venue?

    Is the venue accessible? 

    We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.

    Hospitality 


    Will food and drink be provided at the event?

    Yes, refreshments will be provided at the event.


    I have dietary requirements, what should I do? 

    If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
